This record holds 2 concept notes that were submitted by Fiji for the ACSE Programme implementation:

1. Planned relocation of Narikoso Village and Waciwaci Primary School currently being impacted by climate change. Concept focus - Climate Change Adaptation. Total requested budget - FJD 1,091,000.
2. Fiji Sustainable Energy Hybrid Power Project (FSEHPP). Location within country - Islands of Namuka-I-Lau, Kioa and Naviti, Yasawa. Concept focus - Sustainable energy. Total requested budget - EURO 410,000.

Fiji Environment Management Act 2005. Act No 1 of 2005.  An Act for the protection of the natural resources and for the control and management of development, waste management and pollution control and for the establishment of a national environment council and for related matters.

Records holds several Petroleum Acts for FIji Islands:

1. Petroleum (Exploration and Exploitation) Amendment Act 1995 - An Act to ammend the Petroleum (Exploration and Exploitation) Act.
2. Petroleum (Exploration and Exploitation) Act - An Act to make provision relating to the exploration for an exploitation of petroleum resources and for purposes connected herewith.
3. Petroleum (Amendment) Act 1997 - An Act to ammend the petroleum Act.

Fiji Islands Government Gazette - Customs Tariff (Budget Amendment) Decree 2012. Friday 6th January 2012 No 5, Vol 13.  A Decree to amend the Customs Tariff Act 1986.

Fiji Excise Act 1986. An Act to provide for the levying and collecting of excise duties on goods manufactured in Fiji and for related purposes.

Subject to the provisions of this Order, the income of any co-operative society which is registered under the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act is hereby exempted from liability to income tax for a period of 5 years from the date of registration.
