Draft Renewable Energy Bill

The draft Bill sets out its objectives, which are to promote and enhance the use of renewable energy resources, which it aims to achieve by putting in place a framework for by providing both fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, developing capabilities and establishing the roles of each relevant institution.
