Tuvalu Marine Pollution Act 1991. Act 1 of 1992.

Tuvalu Import Levy (Special Fund) Act 1997(Act 4 of 1997). An Act to provide for the imposition of an import levy and the establishment of a special fund to receive moneys raised thereby to subsidise the transport of goods to and from and within Tuvalu.

Tuvalu Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1976.

These Regulations may be cited as the Oil Pollution (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1976 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1976.
