The IRENA/ ADFD Project Facility is encouraging applications from government-driven renewable energy projects in this seventh funding cycle. More than USD 50 million is available in total. USD 5 million to USD 15 million in concessional loans is available from the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD) at 1% or 2% loan rates, to cover op to half of the total project costs.
