RMI Income Tax (Amendment) Act 2007, Bill No: 147. 28th consititutional regular session 2007. An ACT to amend Section 120 and Section 122 of the Marshall Islands Income Tax Act 1989 in order to grant reciprocal exemptions from taxation to international shipping income.

A Bill for an ACT to amend Section 206, subsection (4) of the Import Duties Act, 1989 in order to exempt the Marshalls Energy Company (MEC) from the payment of import duties on fuel.

Development Plan Framework 2003–2018, also known as VISION 2018, and takes into

activities and future priorities as described in the SPC Corporate Plan 2007–2012.
