Pacific Regional Data Repository (PRDR) and Pacific Regional Energy Database - Strategy for Development

Five (5) year PRDR and regional energy database development and implementation strategy and actions. The strategy was compiled by Dr Herbert Wade, via technical assistance from the World Bank to SPC. It is in draft format, circulated here for your review and comments.

This record captures series of monthly price review documents from 2014. These price reviews are prepared by SPC Petroleum Advisory Service. Reviews are based on analysis of daily Mean of Platts Singapore (MOPS) and also includes benchmark Saudi Aramco LPG prices (sourced from Gas Energy Australia).
