This report was prepared by Russell J Maharaj and was funded by The Commonwealth Secretariat. This report presents the results of a technical assessment , of guidelines, required for the preparation of an Environmental Assessment (EA) of a diesel power generation plant in Dekehtik, Pohnpei Island, Pohnpei State, Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). This includes various documents describing the project scope and outline and conceptual plans.

This report was prepared by Ridgway Capital Projects Limited in association with Maunsell Limited  for Pohnpei Utilities Corporation (PUC). The purpose of the Operation and Rates Analysis is to independently recommend a tariff structure. This is to be based on the electricity, water and sewer rates that Pohnpei Utilities Corporation needs to cover operating expenses and finance long-term growth.

The Micronesian Energy Association would like to report on CNMI’s renewable energy efforts, Guam Energy Task Force, RMI activities and update on Green Energy Micronesia initiative . This report is intended to update the process on CNMI with integrate renewable energy and existing power system. The information presented can be used as a template for regional islands to adopt renewable energy as part of the INDCs (Intended National Determined Contributions) effort to reduce the utilization of fossil fuel.

This documents consists of the technical specification for Lot 1 of FSM (Kosrae state).The purpose of the project is to deliver, install and commission 5 solar generators connected to the public grid, with a total peak power of 45.25kWp (+/- 5%). The Technical Specifications document defines the technical conditions for the supplying, installation and training related to the full implementation of the 5 grid connected solar generators (including construction of 1 car park shading structure).

A short invitation to tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of off-grid solar photovoltaics generators. The purpose of the document defines the technical conditions for the supplying, installation and training related to the full implementation of the solar systems in Yap, Chuuk and Pohnpei States. The performance of the present contract includes all the installation work related to the photovoltaic generators as well as all annex works and accessories required for the systems.
