Federated States of Micronesia Environmental Protection Act - Chapter 5 General Provisions. 

FSM Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations - Part 1 General Provisions. 

The purpose of these regulations is to implement Section 13 of the Federated States of Micronesia Environmental Protection Act by establishing standard procedures for preparation of an environmental impact assessment statement prior to taking or funding any major action that may significantly affect the quality of the human environment.

This chapter shall be known as the FSM Financial Management Act of 1979.
