ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) has allocated funds to provide to the Guinean Agency for Rural Electrification (AGER) technical assistance for the development of the National Rural Electrification Program (NERP) and the implementation of the two (2) priority rural electrification projects (PPER). ECREEE and AGER are hereby launching an International Bidding Competition to recruit a consultant to provide the TA to AGER.
