Concept Note for the Creation of an Industrial Association or Network on EE and RE to Serve Local Markets

In order to deploy EE and RE markets, the feasibility for an industrial association was analyzed both in Maghreb and Mashreq countries in 2019. This concept note presents the conclusions for Maghreb countries (Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia).
